Home Buyers:Buying a new Home may be the biggest investment you will ever make. Although the process is very exciting it can quickly become overwhelming. While the home you have selected may appear to be just what you’re looking for, can you be sure there aren’t potentially serious unknown defects?  These problems can turn your future dream home into a costly investment.

Home Sellers:Imagine having a sign attached to a "For Sale" sign that says, this Home has been "Pre-Inspected."  A pre-inspected home gives potential buyers the reassurance, knowing that the owners have taken that extra step to insure an agreeable and honest deal.  In many ways a pre-inspected home is similar to the signs that say, "This home comes with a Home Warranty."  A guarantee like that may be the difference in selling a home; especially, in a market that is geared to consumers expecting the inevitable short end of the stick. 

 What we ask of our clients for the best possible service:ü      We ask all clients to come to the inspection or come towards the end to get a chance to ask questions, while on site.ü      If able to go to the inspection, we ask for the client to set aside 2-4 hours depending on size and age of the home.ü      If unable to come to the inspection, we strongly encourage to call after and go through the inspection with the inspector.  AI&C will guarantee that your inspection report will be done within 24 hrs of the inspection. AI&C will also guarantee that your realtor will receive an e-mail copy, and a portfolio copy of the report, within that 24 hour timeframe.
